Our patented, fully-welded Xetex stainless steel trunking is unique on the world market and offers many advantages compared with alternative trunking systems. As well as the obvious benefits of stainless steel (hygiene, durability, corrosion-resistance), the Xetex range of stainless steel trunking features fully welded accessory parts, ensuring a quicker, smoother, easier to clean installation and none of the "bug traps" associated with other trunking systems. Furthermore, many parts feature pre-fitted couplings, which results in labour savings through faster installation times. It is also worth pointing out that contrary to popular belief, stainless steel can be cut and drilled on site using just a hacksaw and a hand drill - no expensive special equipment is required.

With a full range of accessories, we can offer a versatile system which is readily adaptable to the desired cabling layout. Other refinements available as options include apex trunking lids and dividers to separate power and control cabling. The dividers are securely fitted using welded studs, ensuring a safe installation, unlike the inferior methods used on competing products. For those customers requiring an even higher degree of corrosion resistance, we can offer the complete range in 316 stainless steel to order.

As well as traditional closed systems like stainles steel trunking, we are also at the forefront of innovation and can offer stainless steel wire basket cable tray, with its advantages of improved cable ventilation and the flexibility of easily creating bends and tees on site to fit any cabling configuration, simply using stainless steel basket lengths and clamps. This can result in major savings in planning, design and installation time for our customers.

For the majority of cable tray applications, however, traditional sheet stainless steel remains the customer's first choice of material, as it provides a stronger method of cable support, offering a greater degree of protection than basket. Again, we offer a full range of accessories and with 5 different stainless steel cable tray systems available from stock, we are the market's leading stainless steel cable tray supplier.

Many of our products are UL approved for the North American market and this, combined with our knowledgeable, multi-lingual sales team confirms once again our commitment to export markets as well as domestic clients. We can now proudly claim to have customers in over 40 countries worldwide.

For areas which are regularly washed down with high-pressure water jets, we offer a range of IP67 (immersion-proof) stainless steel conduit systems which can, if properly installed and sealed, stand up to the most rigorous cleaning regimes and fully protect the cables within from mechanical, chemical and water damage.

The most sensitive of electrical components can be housed in complete security in our extensive range of water- and dust-tight stainless steel enclosures. As well as small stainless steel screwed-lid terminal and push-button enclosures, we provide stainless steel hinged-door enclosures for housing larger items of equipment.

A new feature, which has proved very popular in wash-down processing environments, is the stainless steel 15� sloping roof enclosures incorporated into our most popular sizes of stainless steel screwed-lid enclosures. This has obvious benefits when it comes to shedding surface water and preventing the deposit of both objects and dirt on the enclosures once installed.

As we only manufacture in stainless steel, you can rest assured that there is absolutely no chance of our high quality products being contaminated by mild or galvanised steel either during production or while in storage awaiting despatch.
